“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
— Brené Brown
The Gifts of Imperfection
Ex libris is a Latin phrase that means “from the library of”. It is also a term used to refer to a bookplate, which commonly appears (on the inside of the front cover of a book) as a stamp or printed label, inscribed to show the name of a book's owner.
In working together, my hope is that I can help you to define and own your story. There are so many stories that we tell ourselves (or that others tell us) about who we are, who we have been, who we can or can’t be, who we should be – it can all become paralyzing and keep us from living authentically and fully. By fostering a safe and affirmative space for you to unpack and reflect, I will support you in reclaiming your narrative.
