hi, i’m victoria.

I am a second-generation Asian American woman, social worker, and mental health therapist based in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle, WA.  I grew up in South Seattle and am both proud of and grateful for how this community has shaped me into the person I am today.

I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Seattle University in 2012 and then my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2014.  I earned my license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker in 2019.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW, Credential #: LW60947103), I have worked with folx from diverse backgrounds in various states of crisis, grief, health, and growth.  Much of my experience has been based in healthcare settings, which has taught me that history and context matter immensely.

It is with this understanding that I have been able to navigate my own questions and work around my identity, self-worth, and relationships with others.  Through my own struggles with perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and burnout, I have learned how valuable safe spaces and the opportunity for honest self-reflection are – both of which are things that I look forward to creating for you in our therapy sessions.
